"Got it sorted in the end"
Had a problem and reached out to support. Bit of back and forth. Waiting around, checking for updates, that kind of thing. It definitely took longer than I expected, which was frustrating. But eventually they did fix it, so... glad it’s done

"They sent me the wrong stuff..."
They sent me the wrong stuff in my order, which was frustrating. I reached out to support, but they barely helped and it felt like I was just being passed around. Not a great experiance overall

"Figure arrived in great shape"
The figure showed up looking really good. The box was clean with no dents or damage at all, which is exactly what you’d hope for when paying for a collectible. Fair to say I’m happy with how it was packed and delivered...

"Shipping cost more than I expected"
The order itself was totally fine, no real complaints there. But when I saw the shipping cost, I was kind of like, hmm... that’s a bit more than I thought it would be. I’d probably order again if the shipping rates were a little lower.

"Rare Finds Weren’t Really Available"
I checked this place out hoping to find some rare collectibles, but there wasn’t much actually in stock. A bunch of the pages I clicked on were either unavailable or didn’t give enough useful info, which was frustrating. I also tried reaching out, but the replies felt like they were written by a robot answering emails instead of a real person. For a shop that’s supposed to be about collectibles, it was disappointing. I ended up buying what I needed somewhere else.

"Packaging was good"
The box showed up safe... which is always a relief. Packaging looked good overall, and nothing seemed damaged when it arrived

"Wish I had ordered sooner"
I ordered a couple of toys from toyshnip.com, i kind of wish I hadn’t waited so long to try them. The shipping ended up being faster than I expected, I got tracking the next day, and the package showed up in about 4 days.
The box was mostly fine, just a little bent on one side, but nothing inside was damaged. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it was a good experience, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Easy updates from start to finish"
They got back to me quickly, and the tracking worked just fine the whole time. What more can you really ask for?

"Return was fine, but the refund took too long"
The return process itself was okay, but the refund took quite a while to come through. I did eventually get my money back, but i would’ve expected at least an apology for the delay.

"It works, just feels a little clunky"
I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, but the site felt a bit clunky, not sure how to explain it. Checkout was kind of slow on my phone, but it did work in the end.

"Cool stuff, but where’s the rest?"
They’ve got some cool toys and figures, and I was actually excited looking around at first. Then suddenly I’m like, okay… half the stuff I came for is either missing or sold out. It’s not a bad place at all, just kind of frustrating when the selection feels limited...

I picked up a couple figures from here, and the prices seemed better than most of the other places I checked. Shipping wasn’t too bad either, so it actually felt worth it to me. I’ll probably check here first next time before buying toys somewhere else, because that makes sense, right?

"Didn’t really trust it"
I was thinking about ordering from toyshnip.com, but something about the site just didn’t sit right with me. The layout feel a little off, and I couldn’t find enough clear info that made me comfortable putting my money there.

Maybe other people has ordered with no problems, but I ended up closing the page before checking out. For a toy store, I expected more trust signals, better details, and just a more legit feeling overall. It wasn’t for me

"Quick reply and super easy help"
I had a small issue where my order email wasn’t showing the tracking info, so I sent ToyShnip a message. i figured I probably wouldn’t hear back until the next day??
But they replied quickly, looked into it, and sent the tracking right over. No hassle, no weird back-and-forth, just easy help from someone who actually sounded like a real person??

"Turns Out They Were Actually Legit"
I ordered a couple of figures from toyshnip and, shockingly in this day and age, they were actually the real deal. No weird bootleg surprises, no mystery packaging pretending to be official. The boxes showed up sealed and looked just like the photos, which was a relief because I was definitely suspicious at first. Everything checked out, the figures looked great, and I’m happy with the order. I’d buy from them again
